University of Malta will be organising a Workshop for Potential Entrepreneurs.The event will be held on Friday 21st November 2008 and it will be delivered by Dr. Elizabeth Read, an expert on entrepreneurship from the U.K.
Do you have a good idea? Would you like to attend training in entrepreneurship? Email your original idea for a new enterprise in approx. 500 words and a one-page C.V. stating why you should be chosen to participate in the workshop.

Closing Date: 14th November 2008 ECWT board meeting  FWE President, Angele Giuliano, attended the ECWT board meeting in London. The European Centre for Women and Technology (ECWT) is a sustainable European multi-stakeholder partnership representing high-level expertise in women and technology development from business, government, academia and non-profit sectors and supporting regional innovation through leveraging resources, research, best practices and services. Ms Giuliano serves as treasurer on ECWT board. ICT 2008 President Angele Giuliano, will be particpating in the ICT 2008 that will be held in Lyon, France between the 25th and 27th November. ICT 2008 is Europe’s biggest research event for information and communication technologies brings together researchers, innovators, engineers, policy and business decision-makers in the field of digital technologies.
Ms Giuliano, would like to invite participants to the networking session she is co-organising together with the European Centre for Women and Technology No. 38 - Engaging all Talent: Gender Equality and ICT Careers in a Digital Future. The session will be held on day 2 between 11.00 and 12.30. Further information may be obtained from the event website.
