Jacqueline Bugeja is highly qualified in Business and Management issues. She obtained a Diploma in Business Studies, a Diploma in Managerial Principles and a Masters Degree (MSc) in Training & Human Resources Management.
Jacqueline started her working career with Air Malta plc, the Maltese National Airline. She worked in various departments of the airline until 2006, with the last position held being that of Personal Assistant to Group Head Corporate Services – Subsidiary & Associated Companies. During her employment with Air Malta Plc, she was temporarily seconded to Malta House in Piccadilly, London as a Project Officer where she was responsible for financial and administrative matters and liaising with tenants on contractual issues.
She then joined the Malta Institute of Management in 2006 where she worked as Liaison Officer between the different arms of the organisation. Jacqueline organized and managed various seminars including a Breakfast Meeting for over 100 people. The speakers included Members of Parliament and foreign and local gurus. In 2007 she was promoted to Accounts Executive wherein she was in charge of all accountancy work and administrative matters.
Jacqueline joined the Foundation for Women Entrepreneurs in 2008 as an Financial Adviser and her duties include all accountancy work of the organisation. Jacqueline brought with her a wealth of experience to the financial department of the company.
